Jo led a project to renovate two bathrooms at our house in Harpenden. She was able to help me creatively, logistically and functionally. First, she spent time understanding what I wanted the end result to look and feel like. She asked lots of questions and created a moodboard with me. She suggested ideas, concepts and colour combos I hadn’t thought of. She sourced samples for me and found decorators. She also dealt with our suppliers, constructive/installation team. Jo supported and delivered the entire project really making it pretty stress free. Ultimately though, she delivered on a compelling look and feel to our bathrooms, rooms I still love walking into today!
